Download the latest version of the MSM Tool on your computer.

Now extract the firmware on your computer and run the MSMDownloadtool.exe file as administrator permission.

Now power off your Oppo phone and put your device in EDL mode.

Press hold Power key Volume down key until you see fastboot mode.

Now tap on VER 5-7 times continuously.

Thats it. now connect it to PC.

Go back to the tool and click on Start button to start flashing.

Once you see the Passed message on your screen, disconnect and restart your phone.
